Biography

Ivan Temes is the founder of Leadership and Loyalty, a company dedicated to providing training and implementing processes which build confidence while fostering the service orientation and growth of personnel in all areas of organizations. 

            Ivan has over 20 years experience in directing training, customer care and call centers, quality, information systems and operational teams.  His versatile experience in high-technology, retail, insurance and consumer goods—along with a commitment to exceptional customer satisfaction—enabled him to personally lead two service turnarounds within major companies.

            In addition to training, managing and implementing programs, Ivan has spoken at at many national conferences on service, team-building and motivation.  His published articles include Turning Challenges Into Opportunities, Employee Loyalty During Transition and Using Intuition to Find and Retain Exceptional Service Personnel.

            “It’s all really for the customer,” according to Ivan.  He is proud that Little League President Steve Keener referred to the training and customer support organization that Ivan built for MyTeam.com in its service to Little League as “a great team we could all learn from.”  His other experiences have included:

  • Providing both customer service and customer trainings at a wide variety of organizations, including Levi’s, Apple Computer, Grid Sytems,  JBL International, Myteam and the University of California-Berkeley.
  • Developing and delivering a 3-week “customer skills for hospitality”

training for Professional Development at San Jose State..

    • Leading interactive job readiness sessions with shelters and transition organizations, geared to participants from multicultural backgrounds.
    • Establishing a systems training group for Levi Strauss in Europe
    • Facilitating workshops for two years at Motivation Management Service, a company dedicated to personnel growth and development.
